Cancellation of Account

You may cancel Your Tarslink account at any time by contacting Us at contact [@] tarslink.ai or through the account management interface available within the Service. Upon cancellation: • Your access to paid features of the Service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. • After expiry of the billing cycle, Your account and associated data will be deactivated. • Tarslink reserves the right to retain certain data as required by applicable law, regulation, or for legitimate business interests such as fraud prevention, audit, and legal compliance. Tarslink reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your account at any time if You are found to be in breach of the Terms and Conditions, without any obligation to provide a refund.

No Refund Policy

All fees paid to Tarslink are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms or as required by applicable law. In the event that: • You cancel Your subscription before the end of a billing period, You will not receive a refund for the unused portion of that period. • Tarslink suspends or terminates Your account due to a breach of the Terms and Conditions, You shall receive no refund or exchange for any unused time on a subscription, any license or subscription fees for any portion of the Service, or any content or data associated with Your account. • You wish to downgrade from a paid plan to a free plan (if available), no refund will be issued for the remaining period of the paid plan.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered, at Tarslink's sole discretion, in the following exceptional circumstances: • Duplicate charges resulting from a technical error on Our platform. • Charges made after a confirmed written cancellation request has been received and acknowledged by Tarslink. To raise an exception request, You must write to Us at contact [@] tarslink.ai within 7 (seven) days of the disputed charge, with details of the transaction including the date, amount, and nature of the dispute. Tarslink will review the request and communicate its decision within a reasonable time.

Governing Law

This Cancellation & Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thane, Maharashtra, India.
