By registering as a member of Tarslink, You get access to the Services and functionality that We may establish and maintain from time to time and in Our sole discretion. In the unlikely event that any dispute subsists, the dispute shall be referred to a sole Arbitrator who shall be an independent and neutral third party identified by Tarslink. The place of arbitration shall be Thane, India. The arbitration proceedings shall be in English and governed by the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.

15.1. Assignment: This Agreement, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by You, but may be assigned by Tarslink without any restriction. Any attempted transfer or assignment in violation hereof shall be null and void. 15.2. Amendments: We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms, at any time without any prior written notice to You.
