Policy Sync
HR enters the policy number. Connect fetches benefits configuration, family rules, member lists, and TPA details directly from the insurer's PAS via API.
Member Enrollment
HR uploads employee data (Excel parser accepts 300+ column variations). Each member-policy record is created with accurate premium calculation per family definition rules.
Employee Activation
Employees receive credentials and access their personalised portal — policy details, benefit summaries, family coverage breakdown, and digital health card.
Endorsements & Changes
HR and employees raise non-financial endorsement requests (name corrections, DOB, relation updates). Documents uploaded, reviewed, and approved with full audit trail.
Claims & Servicing
